- Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Cut the cod fillets into serving-size portions.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave. Stir in the lemon juice.
- In a separate dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each fish fillet into the butter-lemon mixture, coating well, then dip into the flour mixture, covering all sides.
- Place the coated fillets in an ungreased baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter-lemon mixture over the fillets and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
