LEFTOVER TURKEY STUFFING BALLS 

After the Thanksgiving feast, the fridge is often filled with leftovers waiting to be creatively transformed into new meals. One of the best ways to give your turkey and stuffing a second life is by turning them into crispy, flavorful turkey stuffing balls. These bite-sized snacks are not only delicious but also incredibly easy to make, allowing you to enjoy your leftovers in a fun and exciting way. Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Turkey, shredded
  • 3 cups Leftover Stuffing
  • 1 cup Mashed Potatoes (optional)
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce (optional, for dipping)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cooking Oil for frying (or use a baking option)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven (Optional): Preheat to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, leftover stuffing, mashed potatoes (if using), parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the beaten egg and mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Form Balls: Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  4. Cook:

  • For Baking: Place the balls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  • For Frying: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the balls in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels.

  1. Serve: Serve hot with cranberry sauce for dipping.
