Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Line a loaf pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate the Eggs
- Carefully separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- Add cream of tartar to the whites and whip until stiff peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).

4. Fold the Egg Whites
