Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) box of raspberry or strawberry flavored Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
- Extra whipped cream for topping
- Fresh raspberries (or strawberries) for garnish
Instructions
1. Dissolve the Jello
- In a large bowl, add boiling water to the Jello powder.
- Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water and stir again.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes, until it begins to thicken slightly (not fully set).
2. Whip It Up
- Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until the mixture is light and creamy.
- Spoon or pour into dessert cups or small glasses.
3. Chill Time
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
4. Top & Serve
- Add a swirl of whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries or any berries you like.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
