- 1 pound ground beef

- 1/2 cup diced onions

- 1/2 cup diced pickles

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

- 1 cup diced tomatoes

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef with the diced onions. Season with salt and pepper.

- Once the beef is fully cooked, turn off the sauté function and drain any excess fat.

- Stir in the diced pickles and Thousand Island dressing until well mixed.

- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture. Do not stir.

- Secure the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.

- Quick release the pressure after the timer beeps.

- Serve the casserole over a bed of shredded lettuce, garnished with diced tomatoes and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
