Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line it with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  2. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.

Step 3: Combine the Dry Ingredients

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
