HOT FUDGE BROWNIE BREAD

Perfect for dessert, an afternoon treat, or even a special occasion, this super easy recipe uses boxed brownie mix and hot fudge sauce to create the richest, most chocolatey bread imaginable!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1 (11 oz) jar of hot fudge sauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup water (optional, depending on the brownie mix instructions)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Loaf Pan

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Line with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2: Mix the Batter

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water (if required by the mix instructions).
  • Stir until the batter is smooth and fully combined.

Step 3: Add the Hot Fudge

  • Heat the hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to soften it.
  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the loaf pan.
  • Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the batter.
  • Add the remaining brownie batter on top.
  • Drizzle the rest of the hot fudge sauce over the top and swirl slightly with a knife for a marbled effect.

Step 4: Bake Until Set

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out slightly gooey (not completely dry—this bread is meant to be fudgy!).
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Step 5: Slice & Enjoy!

  • Slice while warm for a gooey, molten texture.
  • Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or just enjoy as is!
