Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1 (11 oz) jar of hot fudge sauce
- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup water (optional, depending on the brownie mix instructions)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Loaf Pan
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- Line with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Mix the Batter
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water (if required by the mix instructions).
- Stir until the batter is smooth and fully combined.
Step 3: Add the Hot Fudge
- Heat the hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to soften it.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the loaf pan.
- Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the batter.
- Add the remaining brownie batter on top.
- Drizzle the rest of the hot fudge sauce over the top and swirl slightly with a knife for a marbled effect.
Step 4: Bake Until Set
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out slightly gooey (not completely dry—this bread is meant to be fudgy!).
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Step 5: Slice & Enjoy!
- Slice while warm for a gooey, molten texture.
- Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or just enjoy as is!
