- 4 ears fresh corn, cut into bite-sized pieces (or 3 cups frozen corn)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves minced garlic)

- ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Corn
- If using fresh corn, cut each ear into small sections or leave whole.
- If using frozen corn, thaw and drain well.
Step 2: Make the Honey Butter
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in honey, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Step 3: Cook the Corn
- Add the corn pieces to the skillet.
- Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and slightly caramelized.
- If using frozen corn, cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 4: Garnish & Serve
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley or cilantro.
