Ingredients
- 1-inch piece fresh turmeric (or 1 teaspoon turmeric powder)
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 cup water (or coconut water for extra hydration)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients – Peel and chop the turmeric and ginger into small pieces.
- Blend – Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain – Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.
- Store – Transfer to a small glass bottle or jar. Keep refrigerated and consume within 3-5 days.
