🥜 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
🥄 ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
🍚 2-3 cups powdered sugar
🥛 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, but adds great flavor!)
🥛 2-4 tablespoons heavy cream or milk (for desired consistency)

How to Make Peanut Butter Frosting
Step 1: Beat the Butter & Peanut Butter
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, beat butter and peanut butter together on medium speed until smooth and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
Step 2: Add Powdered Sugar
1️⃣ Add 2 cups of powdered sugar, one cup at a time.
2️⃣ Mix on low speed to prevent sugar from flying everywhere, then increase to medium until combined.
Step 3: Adjust Texture & Sweetness
1️⃣ Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for extra flavor.
2️⃣ If the frosting is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream or milk at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
3️⃣ If it’s too thin, add more powdered sugar to thicken it.
Step 4: Whip Until Fluffy
1️⃣ Beat on high speed for 2 minutes until the frosting is light, fluffy, and silky smooth!
