Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1 egg
- ½ ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat together peanut butter, egg, banana, and maple syrup until fully combined.
- Slowly mix in flour until dough is crumbly but forms a ball. Add 2–3 tbsp water if needed.
- Roll dough ½ inch thick on a floured surface. Cut into shapes with cookie cutter.
- Place on baking sheet and bake 15–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before serving. Store in airtight container or freeze for later.
