1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 (3.4 oz) banana pudding mix

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

Mix in egg, vanilla, and mashed bananas.

Whisk flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix gently.

Fold in white chocolate chips and wafer crumbs.

Scoop dough onto baking sheet.

Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.

Cool on sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
