Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, diced
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp mixed Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add diced chicken and Italian herbs to the slow cooker.
- Pour in Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, and lemon zest. Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve garnished with extra lemon zest.
