Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef 🥩
  • 4 cups broccoli florets 🥦
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 🛢️

Sauce:

  • ¼ cup soy sauce 🧂
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce 🦪
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

1. Cook Ground Beef
In a skillet, heat sesame oil. Cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

2. Add Garlic and Sauce
Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, and sugar. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

3. Steam Broccoli
Steam or microwave broccoli until just tender, about 3–4 minutes. Add to skillet.

4. Thicken Sauce
Stir in cornstarch slurry. Cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.

5. Serve
Serve hot over rice, noodles, or on its own.
