  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled

  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime

  • ½ cup coconut water or filtered water

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish or extra zing)

How to Make Green Wellness Shots

Option 1: Blender Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.

  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smooth shot.

  4. Pour into small shot glasses or jars. Serve chilled with a mint garnish.


Option 2: Juicer Method

  1. Run all produce through a juicer.

  2. Stir in lemon juice and honey.
