Ingredients

  • 4 Pita Breads
  • 2 Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cucumber, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken slices with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  2. Cook Chicken: Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken until it’s golden brown and thoroughly cooked, approximately 5-6 minutes on each side.
