Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Baking Dish
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Step 2: Prepare the Bread Mixture
- Place the cubed bread in the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle raisins evenly over the bread.
Step 3: Make the Custard
- In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the bread and gently press the bread down to soak up the liquid.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top for extra richness.
