Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat!)
For Serving:
- Toasted bread slices
- Crackers
- Fresh veggies (carrots, celery, bell peppers, etc.)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a small baking dish.
Step 2: Mix the Cheesy Goodness
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and melted butter.
- Stir until everything is well combined and smooth.
Step 3: Bake Until Golden & Bubbly
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes for an extra crispy, cheesy top.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Serve warm with toasted bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
