One of the best things about Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp is its simplicity. Here’s what you need:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail-on for presentation)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for a subtle smokiness)
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a slight kick)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Season the Shrimp

In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Make sure each shrimp is well coated.

Step 3: Arrange and Roast

Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the shrimp.

Step 4: Bake to Perfection

Roast for 8–10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and slightly curled. For an extra crispy top, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.

Step 5: Add the Finishing Touches

Drizzle the shrimp with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately while hot and flavorful.
