Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) bottle Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine)
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Pasta

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  1. In the same skillet used for the chicken, add the Parmesan Garlic Sauce, milk, and cream cheese cubes.
  2. Stir continuously over medium heat until the cream cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  3. Add shredded parmesan cheese and stir until melted.

Step 4: Combine Everything

  1. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.
  2. Add the cooked pasta, tossing to coat evenly in the creamy sauce.
  3. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing everything to heat through.
