Ingredients

Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep the Salmon

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

- Place them on a lightly greased baking dish or sheet pan.
2. Season the Salmon

- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.

- Rub this seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
3. Add the Mediterranean Topping

- Sprinkle the sliced olives, cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta, and lemon zest over the salmon.

- Drizzle with a little extra olive oil for extra richness.
4. Bake the Salmon

- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
