Ingredients
For the Sliders:
- 12 Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef (deli-style or homemade)
- 6 slices provolone cheese (or Swiss)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
For the Au Jus Dipping Sauce:
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional, for deeper flavor)
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Assemble the Sliders
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the tops and bottoms intact.
- Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Layer half of the cheese, then the roast beef, followed by the remaining cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top.
3. Make the Buttery Topping
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Brush evenly over the tops of the sliders.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
4. Bake the Sliders
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake 5 more minutes until golden brown.
5. Make the Au Jus Sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
6. Serve & Enjoy!
- Slice the sliders into individual portions.
- Serve with warm au jus sauce for dipping.
