Ingredients
- 2 blocks (16 oz) cream cheese, softened 🧀
- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles 🥒
- 2 tbsp pickle juice 🍋
- 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
- 1 tsp onion powder 🧅
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill or 1 tbsp dried dill 🌿
- Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Coating:
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles or relish 🥒
- 1/4 cup chopped herbs (dill or parsley) 🌿
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds or crushed crackers for crunch ✨
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
2. Shape It UpForm the mixture into a ball using your hands or wrap in plastic wrap and shape. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
