Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Spread 3/4 of the bag of Fritos in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until fully cooked and the onions are soft. If there’s excess fat, drain it.
- Mix in the taco seasoning until well blended.
- Add the diced tomatoes, beans, and corn, mixing until everything is well combined.
- Pour the beef mixture over the Fritos and spread it into an even layer. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve topped with additional Fritos and your favorite taco toppings.
