Ingredients

3 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 (10 oz) can Rotel (drained)

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp taco seasoning

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 (9.75 oz) bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, slightly crushed

Fresh cilantro or green onions (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, Rotel, sour cream, taco seasoning, and half of the cheeses.

Spread half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of the dish.

Pour chicken mixture on top. Add remaining Doritos and top with remaining cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes more, until bubbly and golden.

Let sit 5 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired.
