Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1/4 cup toasted panko

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

  • 1/2 tsp sriracha

Instructions

  1. Cook shrimp with soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice.

  2. Prepare rice and whisk sauce ingredients.

  3. Assemble bowls with rice, shrimp, veggies, and panko.

  4. Drizzle sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
