- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup salsa
- 1 ½ tbsp taco seasoning
- 4 large tortillas (wrap size)
- 1 ⅓ cups shredded lettuce
- ½ cup diced tomato
- 1 whole avocado, diced
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup crushed Fritos
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until well blended.
- Lay a tortilla on a cutting board and spread 1 heaping tablespoon of sauce over the bottom half, leaving a 1-inch border on each side.
- Layer with ⅓ cup of lettuce, 2 tbsp of tomato, ¼ of the avocado, 2 tbsp of cheese, and ½ cup of chicken. Sprinkle ¼ cup of crushed Fritos on top, then drizzle with another tablespoon of sauce.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining wraps. Slice in half to serve.
