Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz) can golden mushroom soup
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked
Optional:
- Chopped mushrooms, onions, fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soup, cream cheese, broth, Italian seasoning, garlic, butter, and pepper.
- Place chicken in crockpot and pour sauce over top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6β7 hrs (or high for 3β4 hrs).
- Cook pasta near end of cook time.
- Shred or slice chicken and stir into sauce.
- Serve chicken and sauce over pasta. Garnish and enjoy!
Tips:
- Add mushrooms or spinach for variation.
- Thin sauce with pasta water if needed.
- Use thighs for juicier results.
