Ingredients

1 cup chicken broth 🍲

¾ cup heavy cream 🥛

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained and sliced) 🍅

Instructions
1. Season & Sear (Optional)
Season chicken with salt and pepper. For extra flavor, sear briefly in a skillet until golden brown on each side.
2. Load the Crock Pot
Place chicken in the slow cooker. Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, broth, cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
3. Cook Low & Slow
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
4. Thicken the Sauce (Optional)
If sauce is thin, stir in a cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water) during the last 30 minutes.
5. Garnish & Serve
Top with chopped parsley or basil. Serve hot over your favorite side.
