- ½ cup flour

- ¼ cup honey

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt

- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
Step 1: Prep & Coat the Chicken
- Season chicken cutlets with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Dredge in flour, dip into beaten egg, then coat with panko + Parmesan mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
- Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Hot Honey Glaze
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, red pepper flakes, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- Simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 4: Assemble & Serve
- Drizzle hot honey glaze generously over the crispy chicken.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or arugula.
