Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • Sweet chili sauce, for topping
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken:

  • Combine the teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Add the thinly sliced chicken and toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. Make the Wonton Shells:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Drape the wonton wrappers over the inverted cups of a muffin tin to form taco shells. Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Let cool.

3. Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the marinated chicken until cooked through and slightly caramelized. Set aside.
