Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp fresh garlic, minced

- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup green onions, diced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
For Assembly:
- 16 wonton wrappers
- Sweet chili sauce, for topping
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken:
- Combine the teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Add the thinly sliced chicken and toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Make the Wonton Shells:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Drape the wonton wrappers over the inverted cups of a muffin tin to form taco shells. Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Let cool.
3. Cook the Chicken:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the marinated chicken until cooked through and slightly caramelized. Set aside.
4. Prepare the Asian Slaw:
- In a large bowl, mix the coleslaw, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Toss until evenly coated.
5. Assemble the Tacos:
- Fill each crispy wonton shell with a portion of the cooked chicken. Top with a spoonful of the Asian slaw, drizzle with sweet chili sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.
