Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup cooked spinach, squeezed dry and chopped

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional:

1 tbsp grated parmesan

1 garlic clove, minced
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
Pinch red pepper flakes
-
Toppings: sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, spinach, salt, pepper, and optional mix-ins.

Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 9–12 squares.

Add 1 tsp filling to center of each. Fold corners to center or form triangles.

Place on baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle toppings if desired.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Let cool slightly and serve warm.
