Ingredients

For the Sliders:

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (or soft slider buns)
  • ½ lb ham, thinly sliced
  • ½ lb salami, thinly sliced
  • ¼ lb turkey or prosciutto
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup banana peppers, chopped
  • ½ cup lettuce, shredded
  • ¼ cup tomatoes, diced

For the Dressing:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Slice & Build the Sliders

  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them connected for easier assembly.
  • Spread the bottom half with the prepared dressing.

3. Layer the Meats & Cheese

  • Add ham, salami, turkey (or prosciutto), and provolone cheese.
  • Sprinkle with red onions, banana peppers, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.

4. Add the Top Buns & Garlic Butter

  • Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.

5. Bake to Perfection

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and melty.

6. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm!
