Ingredients
For the Sliders:
- 12 Hawaiian rolls (or soft slider buns)
- ½ lb ham, thinly sliced
- ½ lb salami, thinly sliced
- ¼ lb turkey or prosciutto
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- ¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup banana peppers, chopped
- ½ cup lettuce, shredded
- ¼ cup tomatoes, diced
For the Dressing:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Slice & Build the Sliders
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them connected for easier assembly.
- Spread the bottom half with the prepared dressing.
3. Layer the Meats & Cheese
- Add ham, salami, turkey (or prosciutto), and provolone cheese.
- Sprinkle with red onions, banana peppers, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
4. Add the Top Buns & Garlic Butter
- Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.
5. Bake to Perfection
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and melty.
6. Serve & Enjoy!
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm!
