Ingredients

  • ½ cup celery, finely chopped

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crab

  1. If using imitation crab, cut it into bite-sized chunks or shred it into flakes.
  2. If using real lump crab meat, gently break apart any large pieces, being careful not to crush the delicate meat.

Step 2: Mix the Dressing

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together:

    • Mayonnaise
    • Sour cream (if using)
    • Dijon mustard
    • Lemon juice
    • Garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper

  2. Stir until the dressing is smooth and well combined.

Step 3: Combine & Chill
