Crab and Cream Cheese Filled Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crab meat (cooked; imitation is fine)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lay out crescent roll dough and pinch seams closed.
  3. Roll out into a rectangle and cut into 24 squares.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, crab, onions, cayenne, and salt.
  5. Place a spoonful of mixture in center of each square.
  6. Fold opposite corners over filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place on baking sheet and bake 10–15 minutes or until golden brown.
