- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled

- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, black pepper, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Step 2: Roll Out the Dough
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a rectangle (about 8×5 inches).
Step 3: Assemble the Chicken Bakes
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of each dough rectangle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and roll it tightly into a sealed log.
- Pinch the edges to keep the filling inside.
Step 4: Add Toppings & Bake
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and melted butter for a golden, crispy crust.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian herbs.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5: Cool & Serve
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
