How to Make Classic Cherry Delight
Step 1: Make the Graham Cracker Crust
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
- Press the mixture firmly into a 9×9-inch or 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Place in the fridge to chill while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Dessert
- Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Spoon the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, spreading evenly.
Step 4: Chill & Serve
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the layers to set.

🍒 Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
🍒 Freezer: You can freeze Cherry Delight without the cherry topping for up to 2 months. Just thaw and add the cherries before serving!
