- 2 large flour tortillas

- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken
- For Grilled Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- For Crispy Chicken:
- Use store-bought crispy chicken tenders or homemade breaded chicken.
- Bake or air-fry according to package instructions.
Step 2: Assemble the Wraps
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave or skillet for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla.
- Add shredded lettuce, cooked chicken, shredded cheese, and diced tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley or cilantro for extra flavor.
Step 3: Fold & Serve
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly into a wrap.
- For a toasted wrap, lightly grill on a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve warm with extra ranch for dipping.
