- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 3 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, diced potatoes, and broccoli florets.
- In another bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken, potatoes, and broccoli. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving.
