Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Cooked pasta or rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Season chicken with garlic, onion, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Sear chicken in butter/oil until golden, 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In same skillet, pour in cream. Scrape up browned bits. Simmer 3–4 mins.
- Add broth if needed to thin. Return chicken to sauce. Simmer 2 mins.
- Serve over pasta or rice. Garnish with parsley.
Storage: Fridge: Up to 4 days
Reheat: Gently with splash of broth or cream
Freeze: Only the chicken (sauce may separate when frozen)
