Chicken Lazone

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Cooked pasta or rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with garlic, onion, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken in butter/oil until golden, 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In same skillet, pour in cream. Scrape up browned bits. Simmer 3–4 mins.
  4. Add broth if needed to thin. Return chicken to sauce. Simmer 2 mins.
  5. Serve over pasta or rice. Garnish with parsley.

Storage: Fridge: Up to 4 days
Reheat: Gently with splash of broth or cream
Freeze: Only the chicken (sauce may separate when frozen)
