1 ball frozen pizza dough, thawed

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided

2 cups cheddar cheese, divided

2 cups chopped fried chicken tenders (frozen, thawed and cooked)

1 Belgian waffle, lightly toasted and chopped

1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
Grease a pizza pan or baking sheet and set aside. -
Prepare the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, knead the thawed pizza dough until smooth.
Stretch or roll the dough to fit your greased pizza pan. -
Butter and Season the Crust
Brush the surface of the dough evenly with melted butter.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder. -
Add the First Cheese Layer
Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup cheddar evenly over the dough. -
Add Chicken and Sausage
Distribute the chopped fried chicken tenders and crumbled breakfast sausage evenly over the cheese layer.
Top with the remaining 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup cheddar. -
Add Waffle Pieces
Sprinkle the chopped Belgian waffle pieces evenly over the top of the pizza. -
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 10β12 minutes, or until the crust edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. -
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Slice and serve hot, with maple syrup and hot sauce on the side for drizzling, if desired.
