Ingredients

  • 1 ball frozen pizza dough, thawed

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, divided

  • 2 cups chopped fried chicken tenders (frozen, thawed and cooked)

  • 1 Belgian waffle, lightly toasted and chopped

  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled

For serving (optional):

  • Maple syrup

  • Hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
    Grease a pizza pan or baking sheet and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Dough
    On a lightly floured surface, knead the thawed pizza dough until smooth.
    Stretch or roll the dough to fit your greased pizza pan.

  3. Butter and Season the Crust
    Brush the surface of the dough evenly with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder.

  4. Add the First Cheese Layer
    Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup cheddar evenly over the dough.

  5. Add Chicken and Sausage
    Distribute the chopped fried chicken tenders and crumbled breakfast sausage evenly over the cheese layer.
    Top with the remaining 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup cheddar.

  6. Add Waffle Pieces
    Sprinkle the chopped Belgian waffle pieces evenly over the top of the pizza.

  7. Bake
    Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Serve
    Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
    Slice and serve hot, with maple syrup and hot sauce on the side for drizzling, if desired.
