Ingredients
For the Crostini:
- 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Goat Cheese Spread:
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened

- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
For Garnish:
- Extra fresh rosemary sprigs
- Drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crostini
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
2. Make the Goat Cheese Spread
- In a small bowl, mix goat cheese, honey, rosemary, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
3. Roast the Cherries
- In a skillet over medium heat, add cherries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and rosemary.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cherries are soft and slightly caramelized.
- Let cool for a few minutes.
4. Assemble the Crostini
- Spread a generous layer of goat cheese mixture onto each crostini.
- Top with roasted cherries.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and a drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze.
5. Serve & Enjoy
- Arrange the crostini on a serving platter and serve immediately!
