Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Baking Sheet

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Make the Shortbread Dough

  • In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and cheddar cheese together until smooth.
  • Add flour, salt, garlic powder (if using), and finely chopped jalapeños.
  • Mix until the dough forms a crumbly but cohesive dough.
