CABBAGE ROLL SOUP

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional, to balance acidity)

For Added Hearty Texture:

  • 1/2 cup uncooked white rice (or brown rice for extra fiber)

For Garnishing (Optional):

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Brown the Meat

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Drain any excess grease if needed.

Step 2: SautΓ© the Vegetables
