1 cup butter, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

¼ tsp salt

1½ tsp vanilla extract

2¼ cups flour

1 cup finely chopped pecans

1 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a stand mixer, cream together butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.

Reduce speed to low and add salt, vanilla, flour, and pecans. Mix until well combined.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet, a few inches apart.

Bake for about 11 minutes. Keep a close eye to avoid overbaking.

Let cookies cool slightly. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar.

Transfer to a cooling rack. Once fully cooled, roll again in powdered sugar.

Store in airtight container and enjoy!
