Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 1β2 minutes per side, just until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter, then add garlic. SautΓ© for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2β3 minutes, until slightly thickened and glossy.
