Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, just until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter, then add garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, until slightly thickened and glossy.

Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook another minute or two until heated through.
