Tips for Success
Want to level up your stir-fry game? Here are a few helpful tips:
-
Use a wok if possible: The high sides and even heat distribution make stir-frying easier.
-
Don’t overcrowd the pan: Mushrooms need space to brown, not steam.
-
Pre-measure everything: Stir-fries move fast—have your ingredients ready before you start cooking.
