Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Make the Dough
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt, almond milk, melted butter, egg, and honey. Mix until a thick dough forms.
3. Shape & Bake
- Use a spoon to scoop out portions, rolling gently into biscuit shapes.
- Place on the baking sheet, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown on top.
