Instructions
1. Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix sour cream (or Greek yogurt), taco seasoning, drained Rotel, corn, jalapeños, and shredded cheese.
2. Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
3. Serve
Stir, garnish with cilantro, and serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
