2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

1 onion, chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 jalapeรฑo, chopped

1 cup taco sauce

20 taco-size tortillas

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

3 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ยฐF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix chicken, onion, red pepper, jalapeรฑo, and taco sauce.

Cut tortillas in half. Fill each with 2 tablespoons each of chicken mix, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese.

Roll into cones starting from the straight edge.

Place a jar in the center of your pan. Arrange 13 cones in a ring around the jar, points inward.

Sprinkle more cheese over this first ring.

Repeat to make 2 more layers, topping each with cheese.

Remove jar and bake 15โ20 minutes until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden.

Carefully transfer to a serving platter. Add dip of choice to the center and garnish.

Serve hot and enjoy!
